BuildPKG: A Slackware-compatible package creation utility

BuildPKG is a tool to create packages for Slackware and Slackware-compatible Linux distributions. It is one of the building blocks for a possible new Desktop oriented Slackware-based Linux distribution called Jantin Linux (formerly FrogDE).

If you are familiar with ArchLinux, then you will find buildpkg very similar to makepkg. If not... Download it and give it a try. It's a work in progress, so a lot of features are not yet working. But I'm getting there.
